Hi folks I changed my vodafone tariff today for a really good managers special deal and it comes with a year's free Spotify premium. The problem is, I already pay for Spotify premium. I'd like to take the deal but ideally apply it to my current account rather than starting again with all my play lists etc Any ideas if this is possible. So far they have charged me for it every month for the last 5 months and free spotify with vodafone time I've have to spend on webchat over an hour of my life to get a refund. I've been promised a refund and promised each time that it won't happen again and yet I've only ever had one refund and I've been charged for it again this month. Last month when I contacted them to get the refund, they said even though I was told I can get Spotify premium for free with the contract I had her on, it actually wasn't included and I'd need to upgrade the contract for an extra £3 a month to a new contract that would include it and also more minutes, data and free roaming which I accepted. The guy on webchat today said I should of got it free with the contract I was on originally. If the cost of the phone contract wasn't just about free spotify with vodafone Spotify Premium costs anyway, I would of binned them off at the start of this fiasco. The last one I opened suggested that I would struggle to get a mortgage etc, quite threatening. They all go in the bin now. I contacted them about five times since I left the company.
